If, in order for your data to be included in our candidates’ database, you have sent your CV, or you have sent your CV in response to a vacancy announcement on our website or on a specialised recruitment and job search website, we will process the personal data you voluntarily provide as well as other personal data listed below for recruitment purposes.
We will process the personal data you submit for participation in the recruitment process until the recruitment is completed, i.e., until we decide to hire a specific candidate, the candidate’s probationary period ends, or we decide to complete the recruitment without selecting any candidate. This period lasts approximately 4 months. If you do not object, we will store your data for 3 years after the end of the recruitment process and, if during this period a need for a new employee arises in our company, we will contact you. Upon expiry of the 3-year period, we will destroy your personal data. If you object to your data being stored after the recruitment process ends, please inform us in an e-mail or in the information form that we will provide for signing during the meeting.
If you sent your CV and other data when no recruitment was announced, we will store your data for 3 years without requesting separate consent, based on your expressed intention to provide the data.
We will process your personal data on the basis of your expressed intention to participate in recruitment or to store your data in the database, and after the recruitment process ends – on the basis of legitimate interest. Providing data is voluntary; however, without it we would not be able to assess the suitability of your candidacy. You may withdraw from the recruitment process or withdraw your consent to store your data in the candidates’ database at any time.
We inform you that, exercising the right granted to us by legal acts regulating personal data protection, we may contact your previous employers and request their opinion about your qualifications, professional abilities and business characteristics. However, we will not contact your current employer without your explicitly expressed prior consent.
The legal basis for processing your personal data provided during electronic communication is your freely expressed intention to engage in such communication and provide certain data therein, i.e., consent. In addition, the legal basis for processing may also be the conclusion or performance of a contract, as well as fulfilment of obligations provided for by law.
